ZenSulin Return Policy
Most new and unopened products can be returned within 180 days from the delivery date to receive a full refund.
If a return occurs because of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, ZenSulin will cover the return shipping costs.
Customers can initiate a return by accessing their order history through the “My Account” section on our website. Under Completed Orders, select the option “Return Item(s)”. Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm the return and process the refund.
Steps to Return Your ZenSulin Order
Returning a ZenSulin product is simple. Follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our support team by phone or email and provide your order number to begin the return request.
Step 2 – Receive an RMA Authorization
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return package.
Step 3 – Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging if available and include both the RMA number and a copy of your purchase invoice.
Step 4 – Ship the Product Back
Send the package to the return address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Step 5 – Refund Confirmation
After the returned item arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
